Artisan Honey Vinegar starts life as 100% whole Cornish wildflower honey.  It is then brewed into a powerful, fragrant mead (honey wine) which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming the mead into Artisan Honey Vinegar.  It is then barrel-matured until smooth and aromatic.
