Artisan Strawberry Vinegar starts life as 100% fresh strawberries.  The pure juice is then fermented into a delicious strawberry wine, which then goes through a slow, natural process transforming the strawberry wine into Artisan Strawberry Vinegar.  It is then barrel-matured until smooth and piquant.
