We love it on almost everything, but is especially brilliant for marinating chicken wings, for a hot, spicy and sticky chilli hit! With strong apple notes coming through this sauce is also great to put with cheeses and to incorporate into cooking sauces for a spicy twist. Works wonders on Jerk too! Who'd have thought Granny Joy could improve the the art of jerking?!
